Customer service was horrible. I wasn’t feeling well and I was seven minutes late to my appointment. They had already Taking the patient that had the appointment after me back. They told me they had a five minute cancellation policy and they canceled my appointment and didn’t have any more appointments available. The person who was after me went back there and I literally was 7min late! I have gone into that facility and waited many times for 15 to 30 minutes to get into an appointment. I find it completely unprofessional and lacking care!
