We needed PCR for travel. Liked being able to schedule on line. Test was completed quickly and results came back in less than 24 hrs. Will use again if we need PCR.

There was no wait time, everything was clean. It still made me twitch, but this was the most gentle nasal swab I have ever received!

the office i attended was extremely difficult to find ( in the Kalamazoo airport terminal) - other than that, i had a great all-around experience
