Excellent, very thorough. Spends time with patients. Answers all questions . May take a while as the doctor spends as much time as you need and does it with all patients. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Everyone who goes there gets an inhaler. Wait time is horrible. He has many offices. Claims he runs them all. Where is his license? When asked i was asked to leave. I had surgery from another doctor. Karin told me if I get pain meds he would tear up the script and re write it.? He was my brother in laws Dr. Saw him once. He died.

Hands down worst regular doctor experience I've ever had, and that's saying a lot, considering Coldwater has never had reputable care. This doctor is a textbook reason people leave town for medical care. If a rough sketch of Coldwater care could be summed up in one visit, this would be it. I'm not even sure what her name was because she never introduced herself during our approximately 10 minute visit. Some tall lady probably around age 55. I presented with extremely itchy ears, severe pain, accompanied by flowing clear discharge. She looked at me like I was stupid. She took one look at my ears and said they're not infected so you're fine. I told her I am not fine though and I'm very concerned. She then asked me what *I* think we should do. I replied that I wasn't sure as I don't know what's going on with my ears but that the last ENT I went to suggested it could be eczema so maybe a dermatologist could help. I told her I'd be willing to try anything at this point having been dealing with this intermittently for 2 years. She immediately cut me off letting me know that a dermatologist isn't going to, as she put it, "play" with my ears. Feeling defeated and unimportant, I burst into tears. To which she finally offers a referral to someone in Portage. That was it. I didn't know it was the end of the visit. I was crying, still trying to fill out paperwork from the beginning of the appointment. She just got up and left the room. Never said "goodbye" "have a great day". Nothing. I sat on the table for 10 more minutes til I realized she wasn't coming back when she entered a different room. I was pushed through that office with no actual care. I paid to see someone that literally did nothing. I feel scammed. I feel angry. I get it, I'm just a number to you guys. You could have at least faked it you know? You don't have to actually make people feel like you genuinely could care less. Pick a different job, oh wait, this one probably pays you good enough to keep up with whatever this charade is you got going on. Whatever your name was, I hope you read this. You were the absolute worst doctor I've ever had. You have no empathy, no class, and no grace. You composed yourself in a rude child like manner, presumably because you hate your own life that much that you have to make others feel just as terrible as you do.

God forbid you ask for pain medication, they will ban you. This is stated on patient application forms. This absolutely pathetic statement shows they are selfishly looking out for themselves. They clearly are willing to sacrifice a patients legitimate medical needs in order to protect themselves. This should tell folks what matters to them most and it's certainly not the well-being of their patients.
