First visit (a little after 9am), spent 20 minutes waiting because the doctor hadn't even arrived at the office, despite the fact that the office was open and staff was present. They were pretty nice, addressed my problem (tonsillitis) and gave me a prescription.
The day after, I had stomach pains, possibly due to the medication. I called him on the phone and he said I would need to see him in person. So, we went to talk to the doctor as he was leaving the building, but then he lied and said he didn't know what to do so he could leave faster for his vacation.
When he came back on Monday, I went in during the morning (11am). The door was locked despite being open, so we had to wait until a staff member unlocked the door. The staff didn't really listen to us. My father was trying to talk to her, and she basically ignored him, despite hearing his question. When I addressed my concerns to the doctor about my stomach pains, he said there was nothing he could do and that I'm "wasting my time." This was alarming since he said back on Friday to see him in person. He didn't tell me this over the phone, and couldn't even be bothered to suggest what type of specialist I could see. Fortunately, I got better.
There are far better doctors, staff, and places out there that care more about their patients than the rude people that work here.
