Great experience walk in appointment was not to bad for a wait but I like how they have book ahead appointment's friendly staff.

Our visit was great it was quick and we received great care . The only negative feedback I have is the front office staff member that helped us was not very friendly … she was hiding behind the monitors on her phone and just seemed like she wished she was elsewhere. All other staff interactions went great

In and out for a skin rash - less than 15mins from checking in to walking out the door with a prescription. Everyone was great.

Came in for an ear and sinus infection, left traumatized. The NP wanted to check the ear and nose, but my child was already afraid of coming in, now they are even more afraid as they were being pinned down so just the NP can look at both ears and then have both nostrils sucked by a pump, in which nothing came out. My child was crying for nearly the entire appointment which lasted over an hour due to the wait inside the room and now will not even allow us to get close to their ear or nose.

Came in with concerns for a stomach bug but staff failed to do testing for the virus, instead they tested for the flu by doing a nose swab and not a stool sample. The NP said a stool sample wasn’t necessary. My child has continued to vomit and have diarrhea with nose signs of improvement.

The restroom has a bad smell otherwise everything was excellent

Front office was not very friendly. The nurse that took us back seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I understand it was Mother’s Day but bedside manner matters. The NP was amazing though and very patient and kind.

Kidmed always helps make your kiddos feel better....doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not! Thanks kidmed for helping my son get better!

Efficient and kind.  We've visited many times and this provider was great- both knowledgeable and informative.  Would recommend him!
