Everyone was super kind and friendly. Care was quick and efficient. We enjoyed the fact that water bottles and snacks were available for the kids while waiting. And they love the play area! We actually drive about 55 minutes to come here when we can’t get into our pediatrician because we love the staff and the care that is provided. Please open up a spot out by Algonquin!!!

Everyone was so friendly from start to finish. Receptionist was pleseant, nurse blew bubbles and the dr even included my older son in the checkup of my baby! All around great experience!! No tears!!

Kids Urgent Care in Wheaton is our go to when things come up and we can't get to our pediatrician. We were seen quickly, receptionist, medical assistants and doctors have been wonderful. Caring, connecting and asking questions to help when a kid can't quite describe what is happening. The office is clean, bright and friendly. They also have a pharmacy on site with select items - a huge help to not have to wait on a pharmacy to receive and fill a script. Always recommend coming to Kids Urgent Care Wheaton!

Check in was quick and easy, saw the dr within 10 minutes then waited over 30 minutes for an xray and walked out. The tech was walking around and said she had another patient which is fine but would have been nice if someone let us know.

Ease of scheduling and great care by the staff/doctor. Appreciate the follow up to ensure kid is doing good. Highly recommend.

I would not take my child anywhere else ……Staff was so attentive and knowledgeable and actually made the visit fun not just for my son but me as well. Highly , highly recommended!!!! I can’t say enough

We were able to be seen right away. This was an credibly important because it was a scary situation for me, not knowing if my daughter was okay or not. She also enjoyed the play area you have there. The nurses were soft, spoken and the doctors were very nice as well. My daughter was happy the entire visit. For a toddler than can be difficult. Thank you.

Arrived on time and didnt get treated after entering patient room for over 50mins.

My son’s eyes had been bothering him for 2 days when I decided it’s time to make sure he doesn’t need an antibiotic. We walked in, the ease of checking in and filling out of the paperwork was quick and easy. Wait time was amazingly quick. Staff were professional, respectful, kind, and great listeners. The ease of seeing the provider was smooth and quick. She was thorough and helpful. Would always recommend this urgent care location.
