We ask that everyone wear a mask and that if you are experiencing COVID like symptoms that you notify the front desk upon arrival . Our clinic accepts walk-ins and reservations all day. Simply click to save your time slot for a reservation. Upon arrival you will complete the registration process.

This is NOT an appointment. A reservation is a time slot estimation, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a timely manner.

If you arrive 15 minutes after your reservation time slot, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be placed back in the queue as a walk in.
