Naomi was unfortunately very rude! Her bedside manner was honestly shocking for being in the medical field. She had a demanding tone, no small talk whatsoever, and she sighed very heavily while I was sitting in the chair. Not very comforting when you are about to get poked! When she initially opened the door, she called my name from the desk. Didn’t say, “come on back, how are you”, nothing. Then she said, “shut the door”. Then “do you have paperwork!” Then simply said, “sit down!” She then said, “roll up your sleeve!” I asked which one? She said doesn’t matter. The interaction was uncomfortable and the tone she had was briskly and like I said earlier, demanding. She definitely gave off the perception that she did not want to be at work, nor take care of us. Not okay when you are getting blood drawn for medical reasons. It’s stressful enough getting poked and trying to find out what your medical issues are, let alone add an unhappy person that’s supposed to put you at ease.
