I have been a patient under the care of Kimberly Millsap for many years, FNP Millsaps is great. I recommend this facility. I have varied for a short time to a practice closer to home, but honestly this practice is by far, better than any other Medical care I have experienced.

I am a CMA, CPC, and hold associates in health science. My best recommendation is to stay away from this practice. I was supposed to have an interview for a position 7/3/20, when I called back Kendra answered the phone. Kendra was supposed to conduct my phone interview but unfortunately, it didn't happen because she hung up on me. She hung up because she violated a patient's privacy of that practice. She didn't hang up the phone or it just qued me in, I'm not sure but, I overheard her explain how "she boutta get cursed out" the patient she was referring to along with why the patient was going to get cursed out. When she finally realized someone was I'm the phone she hung up, when called back she repeatedly hung up. So not only did I get to spare myself from this hostile work culture but also some patients. I spoke to the office manager Ms. Milsap on 7/7 to make her aware of what was going on at the practice her response was she'll look into it. No one offered an interview or information on exactly what was said. Since everyone seems so care less about the reason why they're employed, patients. I don't mind sending a friendly reminder. My calls are recorded and I will be reporting to HIPPA & EEOC. NO one should have to share this experience whether patient or prospective employee.
