The only concern I had was with the young lady that checked me in at front desk She had no manners would ask questions and would talk over me when I would answer very rude manners and no compassion for people coming in  and not feeling well,  very unprofessional

Both the doctor and the staff were great! I am very happy with my visit!

Lani Urgent Care had a same day appointment available...... as soon as I arrived, I was greeted and treated kindly by the staff. Doctor Elias was so thoughtful and attentive to what I was going through, as was the assisting nurse. I was able to get my prescription and shots all within an hour. Highly recommended!!

We got sick with influenza. Tried to tough it out for four or five days wouldn’t go away to the point where my wife got it so I accompany her to your office. I was copying the offer me water right away there a little wait time I guess most people had the same thing what I had, which is understandable on the wait time And also understandable for one person to attend to all of us. She was great. She gave me my medication everything was there. I was very happy with the service and I’m not a guy that goes to the doctor often because of how long it takes thank you so much for your services. I’m also thinking about trying your weight loss Program. Just wondering if my assurance covers it please get back to me on this.

This was a follow up from a previous issue and was cared for very thoroughly by the Nurse Practitioner.   Awesome work.   Initially started as a virtual but she wanted to see me and Check all boxes.  Always, friendly, clean, and professional.   Great work and glad they are in the neighborhood

My child had been throwing up for a few days so I went there urgently. The office was clean and the process was fast. The waiting time was not long and the treatment was kind.

The staff was not well informed although I have been a patient for almost year and they are all able to see my chart. Communication is terrible. I have only been able to see the M.D. once face to face and spoke to him twice over the phone. I am currently looking to change my primary care physician.

Came in here because either I am 19 weeks Prego with a stomach flu and didn't know what to do. The front desk were super sweet and helpful and the Dr/LPN were amazing. Heard all of my concerns ask me so many questions and the wait time was no more than 10 minutes. I will def be coming back to this clinic if needed!
