Although there was a misunderstanding on the covid test turn around time given I needed it in hours to fly out next day and they were going to take 1-2 days due to insurance, they made it right and go me my results within a few hours. Additionally, didn't charge me given the misunderstanding. Class act. Highly recommend their services. Good people
