while there, it all seemed great. nice doc/pa, got the necessary prescription. but once you’re out the door, they don’t help you a bit. will not help at all with refilling (even partially) a refill of antibiotics. “If the infection returns, call us back”. It’s going to come back, i take immune suppressor. so it’ll be back to the er. not a good system

The staff was nice and friendly. However, I was told the rapid COVID test results were 92% accurate by several staff members. My daughter cancelled her trip because she received a positive result from LUC with vague symptoms. She couldn't wait for Quick Care's PCR results but when she received them afterwards they were negative. Because we thought her grandmother had been exposed by her we also took her to LUC and received a positive test. Being suspicious again, because grandma had nonspecific symptoms, we went to Quick Care for a rapid PCR and it was negative. I called and was told on the phone that the accuracy rate was actually only 85%. I've sent several people over to LUC and I'm really sorry because I think the results could be misleading. If their positivity rate is higher than the community at large something is wrong and I wouldn't isolate for 10 days without another test or symptoms very specific to COVID!
