I made an appointment online in order to avoid wait times and when I arrived, I still had to use the kiosk to re-enter my information including Re-scanning my documents and typing in my information. I had then still had to wait 15 minutes. Front desk seemed understaffed and needed more assistance.

Why do I provide information online only to have to enter it again when I arrive to check in? Also, it doesn’t feel great to have an appointment and see others be called in before you when they arrived after.
