Friendly, caring and professional staff. Very easy walk-in procedures. Precautionary testing resulting in diagnosis and treatment was spot on. Thank you all for your service!

I had a great experience at Level Up. The staff was friendly and helpful beginning with the receptionist, Darcelle who walked my husband snd I through all the tech for our appointment. The PA and nurse were also very helpful.

I would say good staff , no wait . Almost everyone was very good, no issues. Nurse was very nice as my girlfriend screamed like a child …..😚.

The most pleasant urgent care visit I have ever experienced. I will be returning! Bedside manner was wonderful, the facility was clean, made me feel heard.

Not particularly happy with the Dr or diagnosis. Expected some kind of relief not a referral or suggestion to another Dr. waste of my time. However the staff was courteous and efficient.

I have your facility a try since I live in Emerson. Overall the experience was subpar to other urgent care and you’re systems don’t work. When the Dr suggested steroids for my congestion I was asked if I had used them before. When I answered yes I was asked what my usual dosage was. Shouldn’t the Dr be prescribing based on their experience? Somehow my information was in your system per your nurse. Probably should have reviewed it with me. I didn’t push because I was tired and sick. One prescription had an incorrect count for the instructions. Your portal is terrible. Although you keep contacting me that my test results are available they can’t be found on the portal. It indicates I need to call. Your nurse was great and front desk was fine. I won’t be using Level Up again.
