Check in was not fun, as a returning patient having to fill out all the questions on my phone was troubling since it kept not going through. Staff was wonderful and the P/A that treated me was excellent and thorough. Very satisfied!

The wait time is always fast, which is so rare for urgent care centers these days. On top of the fantastic service, the entire facility is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Everyone was great, but my problem was worse than I thought. By no fault of the staff I cut my visit short. I needed to make appointments for further care while other offices were still open.

Nobody likes going to urgent care, but this place makes it a good experience. From scheduling an appointment online, seamless check in, being seen in a timely manner (even if I wasn’t it’s OK cause I understand emergencies happen!!), thourough providers and a polite & kind staff— LI urgent care will always be the place I go to when I need an urgent care visit.

Great staff, having a lab on site and receiving treatment for my infection so quickly and having blood drawn without having to go to another site was fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic, as it was recommended to me.

It is the best place to go for care. I have been here several times and have never had to wait long.  Yesterday I waited 3 mins to be called in. The doctor’s PAs and nursing staff are excellent.  I had an X-ray and was on my way in no time at all.  Always great care and friendly staff.

Scheduled online for same day Sunday morning appointment. I was the first patient to arrive. Only had to wait 5 minutes tops, and the Dr was extremely thorough and had great bedside manner. Dr prescribed all of the medications I needed and ordered necessary tests. I received excellent care and will only go to this urgent care from now on. Highly recommend.
