My favorite place to go in an emergency is this facility. They always help me with X-rays, antibiotics, and prescriptions. The doctors, nurses, assistants, and staff are wonderful. I am so glad to have this facility available. It is my favorite place compared to all the others. Thank you!

Check in was redundant times 4. Kept asking and answering the same questions.

the PA basically acted like i wasnt sick because i wasnt positive for rapid flu or strep test. as if there are no other illness that can make you feel poorly. didnt offer any medications even recommendations over the counter. bedside manner very poor

I waited for an hour for a vaginal swab for bacterial vaginosis after explaining I came on my work break & still never received it. I ended up leaving with nothing, not even seen. I’ve been through this appointment a million times, it takes about a whole 5 minutes A-Z.  I understand “first come first serve” and saving a spot is not making an appointment but don’t have that option if you’re going to take other people before because they’re physically ill. That was like a slap in the face after I’ve came here for years and never had an issue. Usually medical professionals have mutual respect for other healthcare workers, I guess I was wrong to be so bold thinking so. The “share your experience” text came through way faster than the hour I sat waiting for nothing.

Normally my visit waits aren't that long! I always make an appointment and usually in and out. We were there for 2 hours just for an Xray and it wasn't busy. I was disappointed because people that came in after us left before us.
