Getting my appointment was reasonably easy. So was the waiting time to see the doctor. His diagnosis appears to be correct. He was patient explaining his observations, and the best way to treat my wound. Bravo

Just a suggestion when you give specific address on a pharmacy, typically you would send it to that pharmacy however, in my instance, I gave the specific address and she sent it on the other side of town.  When you’re not feeling well, you don’t wanna drive around and get aggravated. You just wanna get your meds and go home. This is the second time this happened. They need to pay attention.

This staff is incredibly rude and I will never be coming back to this urgent care ever again. I will tell anyone else to do the same. The staff laughs at you for idk what reason, mocking that I have flu like symptoms and being sick. They were extremely rude. People that work here give healthcare workers a bad name. They should never be working in this field.

I used to use your Manorville all the time and highly recommend them. I recently moved and continued with your office in West Babylon. There was no one there when I arrived (there was one person being seen in a room) no problem. I arrive on time and get called in shortly after. Great. My first inclination that this isn’t going right is how she painfully she did the strep and Covid tests. She was young, so give her the benefit of the doubt.  I confirm twice what pharmacy I use. (Both on the app and with the MA).  The doctor was just ok.  Not the worst but not anywhere near the best.  Again I confirm my pharmacy.  I leave the office and my scripts are sent to the wrong pharmacy. I call back and am rudely told to do it myself. Where I asked for the doctor to fix it and call me when she fixed it. I was told wait an hour it will be done. And was hung up on. (No apology by the way) Lo and behold. No call and the prescription error was never fixed. Took me a second phone call and another two hours to get this fixed.  One of the worst interactions I have had with your practice.

The West Babylon office is very clean, great staff and short wait times. Getting in to see the Dr. was fast and he gave me great information that i needed. Thank you!

Was sick for 3 days and was able to be seen asap and treated appropriately. Staff is always kind and compassionate and feeling better already. Thank you for your excellent care already.

I had pain in my back on one side. I was also throwing up all night. My urine was tested and blood was found in it. I saw the Doctor who diagnosed a possible kidney stone. And was advise to go to the hospital for a CT scan . In the ER the scan showed the stone. Whit the quick diagnose at LI urgent care I was able to get the correct care at the ER.
