Always receive the best care here! The nurse practitioners and Dr.s are always welcoming and knowledgeable. The office staff and MA's are great. This is hands down the best urgent care I've ever been to!

Beyond thankful for the staff at LAUCC. The Nurse practitioners are amazing at pediatrics and calmed my son down immediately after a fractured arm.

Recieved excellent care for a recent back injury. Didn't wait very long to see the Nurse Practitioner who explained what was found on my x-ray and treatment plan. Thank you.

I took my girl who was in severe stomach pain to this clinic as it was close by from Medina Valley High School. We arrived at 5:15pm only to find the sign posted as 'Closed'. The clinic hours are posted on website, my insurance website AND the clinic door as closing at 6pm. My girl was in pain and I had to drive her into San Antonio and find another center 25 miles away. This inconvenience is due to the uncaring staff of the Alsace clinic on Hwy 90. Closing the clinic 45 minutes is unacceptable and in a small town like Castroville there are not alot of medical options. Shame on all of the staff-doctors, nurses and Office Manager who allow early closing to happen often. Same happened when I was a patient with flu last fall. Staff locked doors early. I am very upset as it caused my girl so much discomfort to travel when the clinic doctors could have assisted her.
