What patients are saying...

I DO NOT recommend this facility due to the extremely rude, cold, and inconsiderate Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant. I wish I would have gotten her name. She had a bad attitude the second she walked in the door. Took half a look at my husband's foot and said "oh it's gout", I asked out of curiosity how she could tell so I know what to watch for and she rolled her eyes and said "I've been doing this for 20years, I just know!" She walked out and we never saw her again. Fast forward to today 6/30/22 and my husband has been to 2 emergency rooms and has now spent 6 days in the hospital with a severe staph infection. So NO Ms. 20 years, you don't know by just a glance at the problem a patient came in with to get help. Both ER Dr's and Dr's from the hospital all said at their assessment that absolutely not Gout, never was. We used to love this clinic and have been there many times but never again. This is not the 1st time we have had a problem here but we went back because we like Dr. Neal. They need to read and listen to these reviews and monitor their care givers a little better.

One of them “I cant believe this just happened accidents” Went to clinic and I was taken right away. Needed stitches, nurses were “Johnny on the spot with response” Then the Doc walked in, damn!! Been a long time since I been seen by an old school Doctor!! Staff, and especially the Doc was beyond great!! The attention to detail, the humor, I never been so relaxed before!!! God forbid you need their services, but if you do... You will not regret it!!!! I am 59 years old, had a lot of “oops” in my life I truly LOVED this place

Always receive the best care here! The nurse practitioners and Dr.s are always welcoming and knowledgeable. The office staff and MA's are great. This is hands down the best urgent care I've ever been to!

Beyond thankful for the staff at LAUCC. The Nurse practitioners are amazing at pediatrics and calmed my son down immediately after a fractured arm.

Recieved excellent care for a recent back injury. Didn't wait very long to see the Nurse Practitioner who explained what was found on my x-ray and treatment plan. Thank you.
