We walked in for an appointment. There was no one to greet us. The check-in process was ok. The wait time to be seen by the doctor was not too bad.  The staff was good. The doctor was very nice and friendly to our little one and to us.

I brought my kids in at the casa linda location because their regular PCP office did not have openings for that day. Mimi was very sweet and caring, she took the kids vitals and checked us into our room. The provider that saw my kids checked them and diagnosed my son with pneumonia. I’m no doctor nor do I have knowledge in the medical field, but I did feel like that diagnosis did not completely correlate with all his symptoms so I took him to his PCP the next day and she did not detect anything in his lungs. I’m glad I took him for a second opinion because had I not, he would’ve been taking medication for something he didn’t have which can be dangerous.

Unfortunately I had to take my son to get an xray done. Check in processes was easy. The girls in the back were very polite. I didn’t feel rush or unheard. They were super gentle with my son’s hand. Definitely recommend them. Thank you to the student NP, the M.A, & the NP who all attended my son.

I never have a problem here with the staff there so nice and the providers are always helpful. I went yesterday my son was sick with a fever and was complaining about his throat so the provider looked at his throat and ears and said there was nothing wrong with him maybe a cold. They usually do like the flu test or strep throat but they didn’t do anything. My son woke up again the day feeling sick with a fever but yet she said there was nothing wrong with him. Not sure if I will go there again since they didn’t really run any exams on him.

Clinic was not clean. Nurse practitioner misdiagnosed my child after going to his pediatrician the next day. Overall, not pleased with the visit.

Provider had no empathy and lacked a good beside manner. Disregarded my concerns and said she couldn’t do anything about it.
