Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, New Braunfels

We beat the rush and had no wait time. Completed our paperwork in the way to the office. This was a last minute appt due to our daughter being sick at school with fever. Great doctor found the ailment and prescribed meds. Daughter is now back to herself.

The staff was so nice and friendly. They took care of my daughter for a sprain. The NP was sweet and caring and explained everything. The medical assistant was also caring and nice. That’s why we like taking our daughter because we know we will get the best care.

Everything was great , the nurses were professional, but the lady up front was rude. Everytime I asked a question she had a lingering stare at me for a few seconds before she answered my question. Like she was internally irritated with my presence. It was just odd. But other than that Everything was great.

My Grandaughter had a terrible cough runny nose. We went they saw her right away. Turned out she had an ear infection. It was a wonderful experience for her. Thank you!

Waited over 30 minutes in the room until I had to go ask how much longer for the doctor to come see us. She was nice but barely did anything. Didn’t tell me what he had just said he needs antibiotics. Had to call hours later because I never got a message about his prescription getting filled and the lady was rude on the phone and was no help at all. She just said “ well we sent it so I guess I will send it again. We never got the medicine!! Horrible visit.

Thankfully we needed a pediatric appointment on Sunday. Little Spurs pediatric was able to get us in just before closing. They were professional in every way and the Nurse Practitioner Nikki was so amazing and knowledgeable with caring for my baby girl. Without no doubt I recommend anyone to bring your kids here as they are a caring team and only look to get your babies back to healthy mode!

I think the appt was faster than usual. But I also felt like the NP was dismissive of the situation. Thankfully he didn’t have to have we thought but she was rude and made me feel dumb for thinking he could.

So my youngest is autistic, and everyone did soamazingly ,both in the way they changed their approach and in explaining to her what they were doing, which was over and above.

The staff here has always been excellent!! Friendly. All of them.

My son had to be seen for a possible shoulder issue his daycare reached out and said that they felt something pop in his shoulder when they picked him up underneath his arms. We did an online search and found this pediatric urgent care and received great service. We were greeted with a nice and pleasant welcome paperwork was done ahead of time which made it easier to check in and service was fast, efficient and professional. Great urgent care highly recommend.
