My son had been having throat pain and so we booked an appointment. We usually go to the clinic on Sw military but we decided to try the SE clinic. We were very pleased with the staff. Front desk acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and checked us in. The nurse who did the strep swab was amazing! I can’t remember her name but she was tall, she was also training a new employee and was doing a great job! The dr that saw my son was amazing and she was very sweet. She made my son feel comfortable. The nurse that did the swab test also made sure my son got his stickers for doing a great job! By far the best urgent care clinic experience today. Thank you

Everything was really good doctor the best ever I recommend to all my friends and family fast to get in from deck really nice nurse ❤️the best place to take your kids went there not filing good  I take my 3 kids there for almost 3 years

I really hope to not visit this location any further. I will gladly drive another 30 minutes just to avoid this place. The entire building was hot and when I politely asked to have the AC turned down, I was greeted with, it's on. No air circulation, just hot, stagnant air in the lobby area and even worse in the room.

Scheduling was easy. If you don’t have an appointment you can walk in and make one. They’ll see you any way, but you may have to wait for those already reserved. So I’d consider checking the other clinic wait times if you’re a walk in to avoid longer wait times. Dr Armando was patient and very informative, the front office staff was able to verify my insurance details  quickly and calmly. Thank you so much ! I love it here. Will return.

I booked in the night to be seen the next day which is fine. Wait time start to finish was an hour. Loved our NP in orange scrubs!

Although there were a lot of people waiting, we were in and out fairly quickly. The doctor/PA was super kid-friendly. The bathroom was not very clean but it was the end of day so I didn't complain

My son had a fever the last 2 days and sore throat. I decided to book an appointment online to have him tested for strep throat. We arrived about 15 mins early to the appointment and were seen very quickly. My son was positive for strep throat and they send antibiotics to our pharmacy. Was in and over very quickly.

This is my second or third time here at this location .. Staff never disappoints! Keep being kind & awesome it definitely makes you stand out!!

My son was seen within 5 mins of completing the paperwork. They were extremely attentive and gave me clear explanations and options on treatment.
