I had a great experience at this urgent care. I took my son yesterday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, caring, and professional. They made sure my son was comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me. We were seen quickly, and I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. I definitely recommend this clinic and will come back if we ever need urgent care again!

I’ve brought my kids here for years and have never had a bad experience with staff or the providers… till today. The provider that saw my daughter today was very condescending. She made me feel bad for NOT sending my sick child to school today. She also TOOK the latex glove OFF my daughter hand rudely. My daughter wasn’t hurting anything by wearing a glove!

I’ve been coming here for years. Let me tell you, the staff is phenomenal. They’re very kind and greet you upon arrival. The scheduling is beyond easy whether it’s through the app or in person. Either way you can get a live update on when it’s your turn. In my opinion the “wait” is never that long or much of wait.  The room and space is always clean. The staff themselves are very kind, welcoming and attentive. The doctor or np they have are AMAZING! They’re super informative and patient. Would recommend them every time for urgent care medical needs for your children.

I had to take my daughter for pain and the care was excellent,lovely nurses and doctors

For this being a pediatric urgent care, there should be a better process to not overwhelm small toddlers. Took the nurses at least 30 min to check my child’s blood pressure because he was overwhelmed and scared and it was pretty apparent they were getting frustrated. Luckily a woman came in and helped soothe him by talking to him and even went the extra mile to blow up a glove to distract him, took less than 2 minutes when she came in. The approach matters! Tiny patients still need to be acknowledged with care.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today! Iveth in the front was friendly and got us checked in quickly. CJ, Astrid and Anthony were all so kind and gentle with my son and made him feel very comfortable. The provider Kim Vogel was also very nice and answered all of my questions.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this location. The pediatrician/NP was great and I have no complaints about the medical provider, but the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy or respect in the way we were spoken to. As parents bringing in our children, we should not be made to feel like we are an inconvenience or be talked to like we're garbage. I especially had a poor experience with the woman at the front desk who wears glasses. The customer service was unacceptable. We also accidentally left a pair of glasses behind, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, it added to an already frustrating experience. I would recommend going to the Fredericksburg location or another Little Spurs location instead. The medical provider here was good, but unfortunately the front desk experience was enough that I would not return to this location because that front staff is absolutely so rude. Hire bettet front staff with good customer service prople

Staff is always polite and friendly. Provider was excellent, she treated my daughter with compassion and respect.

Had to take my grandson in after being released from school with a rising fever. Staff was friendly, wait time wasn’t too long, and the dr answered all of my questions while being patient with my grandson.
