My daughter woke up this morning with pink eye. I called and was told that I could book an in person reservation online but was told that I may have an extended wait. When going online I saw the option to book a virtual visit. There was one available immediately. Traci Parker was so kind and attentive. She was able to answer all of my questions. The call took less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

The tela service was great. Very quick and confirmed was I suspected about my sons illness. The doctor was so nice and thorough.

I’m still waiting to hear the results of my son’s lab test. There was an incoming call from your office last night, and another this morning, but as soon as I answered the call dropped. I tried calling but no one answered and I left two messages and no one has called me back.

My son's infected thumb looked increasingly red and swollen over this weekend and we were able to get a Telemed appointment within the hour.  Our NP was very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.  Thank you for your prompt service.

This was the first time using telemedicine. It was easy and the provider Lily Nguyen was sweet, patient and took the time to really listen.

We didn’t have to wait at all and our provider was so kind and helpful.
