Overall, my telehealth experience was smooth and easy. The only concern I had was that the provider did not introduce herself before starting the visit. Except that there is a name in the screen..I highly recommend that providers introduce themselves first and clearly state their name and professional title (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Doctor) before asking any questions. This simple introduction helps establish trust, builds confidence, and creates a more comfortable experience for patients and their guardians from the very beginning of the appointment.

This visit was pointless. I scheduled a virtual visit since we were out of town. I disclosed this information during the visit and the provider continued with the visit. After the fact the provider called and said he couldn’t call in the medication and my daughter wasn’t able to get any treatment from the visit.

Took my daughter in for some stitches and they were very kind and took care of her during the process! Great and friendly staff here!
