I would get rid of the option to make an appointment all together. There’s absolutely no reason for it since you’re never seen at that time. Medical staff was nice and understanding.

Very disappointing experience. Before wanting to order tests for my child, I believe the doctor should have examined and evaluated him first. I was very uncomfortable with the fact that tests were being considered before properly checking him. In addition, the doctor’s attitude was very condescending and unprofessional. As a mother, I expect my child to be treated with respect and to receive a proper evaluation before any tests are ordered. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service I received.

Good experience, but wished that something like discharge paperwork was provided that listed diagnosis, at home care, and medications/prescriptions sent to the pharmacy so that I could have a record of it. It’s what I’ve received at the urgent care facility I take myself to each time I leave.

We brought my daughter in for persistent vomiting. The doctor asked a number of various questions, which we answered, but she seemed a bit judgmental throughout the visit. We were worried parents and at that time we didn’t say anything but both my husband and I felt like she wasn’t taking us seriously.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:20. I get there and there are 3-4 ahead of me. I asked about my 1:20pm and i basically got a shoulder shrug and was told i had 3 patirnts ahesd of me. 40 minutes later we madd it back to the waiting room. If i am charged for missed appts and littke keeway for being late, there should be sonething back to the patient for having us wait for 40 minutes with a sick kid. There are plenty of other Urgent Cares ro go to….just be honest about your real wait times so i can go elsewhere.

Everyone was nice and attentive, but the doctor missed an ear infection, two pink eyes and pneumonia.

My son had to go in because he had a fever that spiked up to 102 and has had a very bad cough since Wednesday. Doctor that saw him assumed it was a virus since that’s what’s going around and did not test him and sent us on our way. Didn’t appreciate the dismissiveness

The staff here is always great! My son is always injurying himself and the staff always puts me at ease! We have been seen at this location multiple times with different providers and they have all been amazing! I can't thank them enough for always checking out my son in a timely manner and with such care and compassion. Thank you.

The dr my kiddo saw was awesome! She was very nice and patient with him. We left the office and his eye was 100% better!

Needed a sports physical. Was super easy to walk in and get it knocked out.
