Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Stone Ridge

Had an appointment scheduled for 6:10. Didn’t get called back until 6:50. The rooms were small and lacked any charm. Please add some color to the rooms for the kids! Doctor was kind and knowledgeable.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The wait time was also good as we were walk in patients. They went over my grand daughter making sure all issues were taken care of. Advice was good.

From scheduling via the app, checking in with receptionist, the nurses, and PA. The experience for my daughter and I was great.

The staff was wonderful.  The system was easy to navigate even for this GrandPa helping out.

Was able to walk-in and have my daughter be seems almost right away. The NP was wonderful and got us what we needed right then. Couldn’t have had a better experience. All the staff were amazing and helpful and made my kids feel safe and lessened their fears.

Tried to set up a virtual appointment to avoid having to go into the office. Staff was kind enough to reach out to let me know that it was an appointment that required us to come in. They the. helped the schedule a good time for me to bring my daughter in. Short wait time, clean office, and staff was super friendly. Physicians assistant was excellent and I would definitely go back here when I need a pediatric urgent center.

Nurse practitioner was AMAZING. Have not been impressed in some of our other visits but yesterday was perfect. Our daughter is already feeling better. Thank you.

Scheduling online was incredibly easy, the office staff was welcoming and friendly, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor (Margaret) had an excellent bedside manner, quickly diagnosed my son’s condition, and provided effective treatment. Overall, a great experience!

I made an appointment and still it took over an hour to be seen.  Why have appointments if we aren’t going to be seen at that time?

I had made the appointment for 2:30pm, and filled out the information about 40 minutes prior to arrival time, so I don't know why at 2:20pm when we arrived, the receptionist said she was still taking care of our paperwork. There were no other children in the wait area, nor did we hear other patients in other rooms when we were waiting in our room. I don't understand why we had to wait almost 20 minutes to be called. As I stated before, there were no signs of other patients, so I don't understand why we had to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to see us. You could tell there were no other patients because the staff was sitting around, and at one point you could hear a staff member watching videos on their phone. Very unprofessional of them to not even pretent to be busy, but instead appear bored and on their phones. The amount of waiting from start to finish was unacceptable in my opnion, especially for there not being other patients in the clinic. I have waited less in other Little Spurs clinic where there were many patients being attended. I recall that when making the appointment, there were a lot of openings, which also shows that they were having a slow day. I will also note that the front receptionist did not have a very welcoming demeanor, you could see she was bored out of her mind and did not want to be there. I felt like a fly that just landed on an old piece of food. This clinic seems a bit secluded and far away from the main parts of the city, but they could at least try to act like they care. This location off of Evans rd and 281, needs to act like they care, and have a sense of urgency with their patients. Thank you.
