The staff was friendly, but in a hurry and in a rush, Aspha on vacation need to get our kids for allergies it was an OK visit

The visit was subpar. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this place only to be turned away without offering any medications to help with symptoms, just a “keep taking your ((OTC) meds”. Well, I brought my child here because those aren’t cutting it and he’s miserable. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’ve personally gone in to see a doctor with less symptoms and been offered more elsewhere.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and my son had a fever and the check in lady was so rude , she was talking to me like she was rushing/ or I was bothering her and looking at me as if I should know what I’m doing and wanted me to sit down. I absolutely did not like the way she was speaking to me, the minute I gave her back the same attitude her tone changed JUST A BIT. Obviously I’m going to ask a bunch of questions I’ve never been there. And I also didn’t know I had to schedule a visit to go into the urgent care part, I was just a walk in, so I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seen. At least at the end the lady could have told me to make an appointment NEXT TIME so I didn’t have to wait with my sick child for so long.  The nurse who took vitals was very sweet. She was conversational, and was very sweet to my son.  The Nurse Practitioner was very sweet as well and answered all my questions and was very nice and kind to my son and interacted with him very much. The lady’s in the back were very kind as well.  I would go again one more time to feel out the front. Because if the front of office isn’t welcoming, it makes the rest of the office seem to be that way too. And it would be nice if they told the receptionist/ check in lady to change her tone when talking to new patients because she seemed nicer to the regulars that already came in with an appointment. I would solely give 1-star for that interaction alone. But the rest of the women were so kind and welcoming.

The process to check in online was very easy, this location has always given the best service when it comes to caring for my children. This last visit was near closing but the staff took the necessary time to monitor my children from start to finish and were dedicated to ensuring my children would go home feeling better than how she went in. Jeanette and her team took great care of us and I left very pleased with the results and explanation of protocol needed to care for my children in the next coming days.

Check in was quick receptionist were friendly , we waited less than 10 minutes to be taken to a room. The Dr Aguayo and her help were awesome!

There were ants crawling on the floor of the waiting room. The doctor was great but a little rushed and the prescription was sent to the incorrect pharmacy twice. It wasn’t until the 3rd attempt that the prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy. There were 2 pharmacies on file, it was confirmed in my paperwork and verbally which is the correct pharmacy yet it was still sent incorrectly twice.

Just horrible the provider was not nice she did not communicate at all the front desk lady was so rude to me and my son , my son asked her a question she ignored him! Just horrible!!!!

10/10. My son and I were in and out in about 25 minutes. The staff is great and friendly. What made the visit extraordinarily was your NP Briana. She had so much knowledge and gave us more helpful info for my son’s allergies than another doc/NP ever has. She explains things in a way that is easy for patient and parent to understand, and seems like she truly loves her jobs and cares for her patients. Thank you!

We cant say enough great things about Little Spur.  We came in fast when my son cut his head open at school. They saw us immediately and everyone was so kind and gentle with him so he would get scared.  The NP was great and very knowledgeable.   We highly recommend this place and appreciate them so much
