I really like Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, is very easy to schedule an appointment online, the staff is very nice and friendly.

Wait time is far too long. We had a 4pm appointment and we were seen by the doc at 5:10. The lobby had only two patients so I don’t understand the over hour long wait. I only go to this clinic when I can’t get into any others due to the extreme wait times.

We’ve been to this location several times for the same issue and I feel like we got a better understanding of what we are dealing with and we were provided with better options!!!  I’m so glad we came in today and I hope this will lead to getting relief for the patient! The NP/PA today was a blessing! Thank you for listening and helping us today !!!

After my son hurt his hand, I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. We didn't have to wait long. The staff was responsive and was able to get X-rays within minutes.

Everything was great, my only fuss was the wait time inside the room. We waited 50 minutes inside the room. Other than that, everything was great.

My granddaughter had swollen lymph nodes and sore throat. Was easily able to make appt for same day (Saturday). Her strep test was negative and then the doctor asked for a Mono test because they symptoms are so similiar to strep. Yes, she was positive for Mono. Had the doctor not been so proactive with the additional test we would not have known her actual diagnosis. We have never had a bad experience at the Selma location.

With the exception of the office coordinator being completely rude and offering her personal, unqualified medical opinion, everything else about the visit was wonderful. Ease of check in and payment to the MAs and Medical Provider…everyone listened to my concerns and was understanding and thoroughly explained everything. There were other patients there but they made us feel like we got personalized attention with everyone we saw. I know not everyone’s visit might be the same but it has been pretty consistent for us

My son had something on his face and she was about to tell me exactly what it was by looking and some explanation on my end. I love how they have check in, pay online, and full out forms before getting there makes it so much easier for a mom who is always on the go! Thank y’all for being friendly and kind. I would say I know getting in the room was not too long but waiting in the room was a while but I understand we had like three other patients in front of us. Overall great experience there today.

I woke up and tested positive for COVID so had to get tested in clinic. Dr. Estrada was great and Dolores was quick getting me to the back so as not to expose the children in the waiting area.  Glad I could be seen same day.
