We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

Took to long it took me like 50 minutes to be seeing and another 20 to have my daughter swap

The staff is always been very nice to my daughter and me. She was having some issues and I was able to book appointment the same day. Their availability was open, so I was able to fit it into my schedule.  Nurse Practitioner Packham was wonderful and friendly. She’s also very informative and I walked away, knowing how to help my child.

I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.

The visit was wonderful. Everyone help us right away. The time of waiting was short.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, wait time was short, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Staff and nurse practitioner were friendly. Didn’t feel rushed. Overall good experience for our first time.

Scheduling at last min is something I admire of this clinic. It’s super easy . And no long waits
