I took my 2 year old to your office for the second time, and once again, we were told that it was “just a virus”. This time, my child was running a fever of 103°F or higher every 3–4 hours, yet no tests were performed. The doctor came in, dismissed our concerns, and sent us away with the same vague explanation. On top of that, his bedside manner was absolutely horrendous. I ultimately decided to take my child to the hospital, and I informed the doctor of my decision. He showed little to no concern.At the hospital, my child tested positive for Influenza (type A) My biggest concern is that, had I not trusted my instincts and sought care elsewhere, a potentially serious illness could have gone unrecognized. Influenza can lead to complications, including pneumonia, particularly in young children. As a parent, it is terrifying to feel that your concerns are being dismissed rather than properly investigated. What makes this even more disappointing is that we previously saw a provider at this office who was compassionate, attentive, and willing to run tests to get answers. The difference in the quality of care has been incredibly disappointing. Honestly, the way this visit was handled made me question whether the focus is truly on caring for sick children or simply getting patients in and out while billing their insurance. If every child is going to be sent home with the same diagnosis without appropriate evaluation, you might as well put a sign outside saying, “Everyone has a virus. Please provide your insurance information for billing.” This is unacceptable when it comes to the health and safety of children, especially babies and toddlers who cannot fully communicate how they feel. Parents bring their children to medical professionals because they trust them to listen, evaluate symptoms appropriately, and use their medical judgment to determine the next steps. I strongly believe this incident deserves a formal review.I will be reporting my experience to the appropriate state authorities because I do not want another parent to experience the same situation or another child to potentially go without the care they need. Your office needs to take these concerns seriously, evaluate the quality of care being provided by its current providers, and remember that these are sick children not just appointments on a schedule. Compassion, thorough evaluations, and respect for parents’ concerns should be the bare minimum in pediatric care.

Overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend.

Fast appointments. Clean office. The nurse practitioner that attended my daughter was super nice and professional and knew what she was talking about. Would go again here if ever needed and I do recommend 100 percent. The ladies in the front to check in did really well and also the person that took vitals. Overall great people and thanks again for helping my baby when not feeling too good.

My grandson needed stitches after a fall. We had never used an urgent care in the area and we are so thankful we went to this pediatric urgent care.  Everyone was so helpful and friendly.  Dr. Josh was very good with the patient, very calm, respectful and informative.  The office is very clean and pleasant.  It was very affordable and easy. It could not have been a better experience, I highly recommend if this care is needed!

Easy scheduling with no problem checking is always super fast . my experience has always been good. Every time I have to come in.

I have never liked pts who are at the door right at opening but today I now have learned to sympathize as I became that pt. I brought my baby in for a fall. I think the provider could see I was more nervous than my baby. From check in to triage, to provider. A1 service. I never noticed this location was here an its extremely convenient. I absolutely love the walls, very comforting but I'm bias as I love all things marine life. Very friendly staff, I appreciate the providers amazing patience she had with us and answering all my questions. I just needed the peace of mind that this wasn't worse than I thought because the fall was horrific. 10/10 stars.

Loved everything about this urgent care and enjoyed meeting the Nurse Practitioner, she was very knowledgeable and educated us on a lot. THANK YOU! Service was great from all staff members. We will be back and will refer others.

We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.
