⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son hit his head on the table and it became very swollen, so I was really worried. Thankfully, the appointment was very quick, and the doctor was able to help us right away. They explained what we could do at home, recommended using an ice pack, sent Tylenol to the pharmacy, and told us what cream to use for the next two days. They also explained what symptoms to watch for. Thank you so much for the quick and helpful care! We really appreciate how kind the doctor was. The whole visit was quick and reassuring. ❤️

My toddler woke up with a rash on his chin and I was able to make a virtual appointment and he was seen quickly. We saw the nurse practitioner and she was able to diagnose him and send a prescription to the pharmacy.

The process of making appointments is easy and Shiying Chang is very attentive and thorough during the meeting. The front office called to make sure our insurance info is correct. Overall it’s a good experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ definitely recommend I had such an amazing experience! Scheduling the appointment was incredibly easy and quick. I was so relieved and happy to find out that the appointment could be done through telehealth. My son is on the autism spectrum, and taking him to urgent care or even to the doctor in general can be extremely difficult for him, especially when he’s already not feeling well. I desperately needed someone to help me figure out what was going on with him, and they were there for us when we needed them. The whole process was so smooth, convenient, and stress-free, and the care we received was amazing. As a parent, having this option available meant so much to me. I would absolutely recommend them, especially to other families who may have children with special needs. 100 out of 100 experience! ❤️
