Everything was great. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were great. The np is very confident, nice bedside manner and easy to talk to.

Had been suffering with a cough and sore throat for a week. Started feeling bad so made an appointment. Easy to schedule an appointment, staff and care was excellent.

Went to have my leg wounds checked following a fall that had occurred two weeks ago. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I was checked in and seen by Dr Holzbaur all within a matter of 5 minutes. Jacqueline Holzbaur was very thorough in her exam and prescribed an antibiotic for me despite the fact that the wounds looked well due to my being over 60 yrs. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Was so glad to get some medicine and told what to do for skin rash and irritation have had for couple days.  My treatment wasn’t doing much.  Good to have a place that can see you quickly and treat your symptoms!

The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

I went in for a sprained ankle that happened at work so chose this location because when I called ahead they said they accepted worker's comp and had the ability to take xrays. The woman who spoke to me on the phone was nice. When I arrived I was"greeted" by a very rude woman with braids and an attitude. She didn't smile, never looked me in the eye and acted and talked to me in a very rude, dismissive tone. She acted like she didn't believe me when I said ai had a workman's comp claim and made a big deal out of the fact that I didn't have an adjusters name and phone number yet but had all the other info regarding the claim they has asked for. My supervisor said thet usually ask for the adjusters info after 24 hrs because the accident just happened and the adjuster hasn't been assigned yet. Everyone else seemed kind and friendly enough but you know what they say it sometimes only takes one bad apple. I am in a CSR position and I feel someone rude and dismissive who acts like your presence is an inconvenience shouldn't be the face and the first point of contact for your practice/company. Not sure I would return here.

The scheduling was very easy to do online. Check-in went well and was quick. After I was checked in, I was seen within 5 minutes.  Medical assistant and Dr.Deanna were very professional, polite and friendly. As well as the front desk staff.

Checking in was easy….Mike was great….Christina was so nice, informative and helpful.

Kind, professional people. Listened well and provided genuine advice.

Always a great experience. Staff is very helpful and get you in and out fast with accurate results!
