I was very impressed with Live Urgent Care. The staff was kind and courteous. The place was very clean and attractive. I was seen within 5 minutes from the time I was called into the exam room. The nurses were very professional and efficient and Dr Olga Chervinchik was very friendly, thorough and comprehensive. Since I was an asthma patient and was coughing profusely she immediately had the techs do a chest x ray just to rule out pneumonia. Her diagnosis was spot on - it was an upper respiratory virus. The medications she prescribed worked like a charm

It was very easy to make my appointment online. The staff is friendly, and patient. I did not have a long wait time. From check in, to triage, to provider visit went quickly and smoothly. It was not rushed. Care was taken to make sure I understood everything related to me. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care!

My treatment at Urgent Care was excellent. The wait was nonexistent, the personnel were helpful, the NP and Asst. were thorough, professional and personable. This was my first visit at this location, which I had heard many positive things about. I certainly concur.

Honestly when thinking about urgent cares, the first thought in my head is always long wait times, not so friendly staff, and paying crazy fees. This place changed my whole idea on that. Amazing staff, little to no wait time on a simple walk in, and all costs were made clear to me upon arrival. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an Urgent Care center!
