Everything was super simple. Staff is always wonderful. There was an employee there today that was also there last time. I believe she is a nurse or medical assistant. She just isn’t very friendly. I thought maybe the first time she was having a bad day. Then today I realized that might just be how she is. She is very personable but she isn’t rude either. It’s just everyone else is very friendly and amazing customer service.

I was able to schedule an appointment to be seen in 20 minutes. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and maybe a 5 minute wait. All the staff was friendly and thorough in reviewing my information. The nurse practitioner was super nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!

The entire staff is competent, caring, and efficient. Check in is a breeze. The medical professionals listen to my concerns and take my thoughts and experience into consideration when deciding treatment. I've always been treated with compassion, even on the one or two times I came in with issues outside their expertise. It's the only urgent care I ever consider at this point.
