I woke up feeling a very bad, sinus headache and ear pain. I called and was able to get in right away. The staff was excellent. They tended to my needs right away. Alexis took my vitals and checked me in immediately. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Austin was very thorough with the exam. He asked me all of the pertinent questions and told me exactly what I need to do to be on the mend.  I highly recommend this Urgent Care!!  Five stars all around!!

I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment. Seemed like poor communication between reception and Healthcare staff. The receptionist said that the system was down so she did not realize that I was there for a ppd test. I have to say I was curious about the wait as nobody was there and they took a walk in before me when I had an appointment (it could be priority or the staff needed, but I was still waiting longer than I should have). In reflection,if the system was dien, why didn't the receptionist ask about the purpose of my apprehend checked in? Everything else in the check in process went smoothly. I feel these are little inconveniences that can be fixed with experience. Otherwise, all were friendly and I received my care quickly.
