I had a wonderful experience with the staff, did a great job with my stitches, took care of me as soon as I came in, made sure I was ok during a dizzy spell.  thank you!

Went in with my sick kid. They used to have a nurse practitioner, but now a clueless physicians assistant. She didnt seem to know what she was doing, asking a lot of strange questions and sent my kid home with Tylenol, saying it should resolve in a few days. My child got worse and started running a fever, had to take her to ER where she was diagnosed with bronchitis and put on antibiotics. Yes, this urgent care has clean space, friendly staff, and speedy service but does that matter if they misdiagnosed and did not provide critical medical care for my daughter that I was there for?

Once again I had a great visit! Through not fault of anyone there I had to go back for a follow up, it's my normal seasonal sickness. The girls at the front desk are always pleasant and the xray tech was pleasant and efficient. The PA was thorough and I liked the fact that she talked to me about my care going forward to prevent this from getting bad again. Such an asset to this area!

I was a walk-in the front desk lady was very pleasant and very, very helpful. The nurse assistant was awesome too, and the practitioner was great. I had a very good experience here and I will come back again.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had a horrible experience at another facility where I waited an hour and a half in a room, I walked out. I'll be coming here from now on when I need to, should have done it yesterday!

RN was great when I was there. But yet somehow again Live Urgent Care has managed to lose another sample to be sent over to the lab. I don’t understand how it happens one time let alone AGAIN. They weren’t even busy, so please explain how this happens. And now I’m just expected to come in to do it again without any kind of apology??

This was my second time, with my second kid, coming there this week. The staff is truly so nice and patient. Check in was nice and easy, and didn’t even have to wait long. So glad it’s right around the corner from us when we are in a pinch!
