Staff was good but they were not able to provide me with any real assistance/care since the office is not equipped with the  tools for required detailed eye exam. Thus, no real help was provided but the charge of $160 was still applied.

This is my second time going to Urgent Care in Dresher.  Scheduling online is easy and quick, check in is very efficient and the staff is friendly and attentive.  The doctors are thorough, ask pertinent questions and I trust their recommendations.  The office is clean and preliminary test results are quick.  It’s great to have an appointment time.  I highly recommend this facility.

Urgent Care opened at 8am I arrived at 8:15am to find no one at the front desk. I called out saying good morning and some one came from the back. Provider Kaitlin was not helpful and did nothing to help the situation. Waited more than 20 minutes just for her to tell me she can’t help. I asked for my money back as I am self pay and was told billing would return my money. Terrible service. Terrible provider Kaitlin. Will ever return to urgent care.

Scheduling was easy, bedside manner was top notch, staff friendliness was great, and wait time was about 15 minutes.  I went there for the removal of a splinter. The splinter was removed.  I do wish the bandage was put on so that it didn’t come off so easily in just about 2 hours.  I had to re-bandage.
