Still waiting on return to school note. I tried logging into the website to review documents and I don't see that option available to me. They were supposed to send it to me via email last thursday.

Staff arranged for a video/phone appointment since I was unable to get in to the Urgent Care office.  Also arranged for specimen drop off in Pennington office.  Totally appreciate the accommodations made by staff.

The ease of making a virtual appointment is so easy and convenient!  Had two infected bug bites and my prescription was sent in quickly.  The provider was kind, courteous and explained the medications she prescribed in depth.

Spent 45 minutes waiting to be seen for 5 minutes. Provider asked me questions that were not appropriate to the visit. Not happy with this experience.

My child had a bug bite that became infected.  Great care.  Just waiting on the prescription for antibiotics Update.  -  got all the medication-  Doctor Jessica was very attentive.  Thank you

My son woke up with a really disgusting looking eye.  Almost immediately saw a provider.  She addressed the pink eye and sty.  Very pleasant and helpful. Finished drops and ointment and he’s looking good. My son is wheelchair dependent so the virtual visit is so helpful! One suggestion-retain insurance information so it doesn’t have to be entered for every visit if there are no changes.

It is so easy to schedule an appointment and the caregivers are knowledgeable, friendly and interested in your care. This is a great go to when you are in need of a quick appointment.

Scheduling a tele med appt was challenging but a gentleman from urgent care took care of it and was very helpful. But I received excellent care and a prompt response. Thank you for being here when I needed it.
