Everything is seamless from scheduling , check-in and actual care! All the staff and attending physician were so efficient!   Kudos to everyone within Urgent Care (Hoboken)!

This was a random drug test for my employer and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I had written a review a few years ago on Google but they won’t allow you to post another review of the same provider without deleting it. So…. I am writing here to say that the care and professionalism of the staff is 5 star. I saw Dr. Samra and she is wonderful. Super knowledgeable and thorough. Great bedside manner. The young woman who took my info and did my x-ray, Ms Patel went above and beyond. I can’t recommend this practice enough. Everything about the service - ease of getting an appointment, wait time, friendliness of the office staff, is a breath of  fresh air when many medical offices leave a lot to desire. An excellent facility!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. My copay was $100, the doctor had no idea what they were doing, they never called in my prescription to my pharmacy, and I waited over an hour to see the doctor when there was only one girl in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back.

Ross Beyer is one of those new generations of doctors that know how to be both knowledgeable in their field but also incredibly kind and understanding. I’ve had some concerns and wanting to do sts testing and exams and in the past I have felt rushed by other providers elsewhere but Dr. Breyer has been a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend. Rest of staff is kind as well and if you come when it’s not too busy you are in an out seamlessly.

The appointment itself was fine and they saw me quickly as a walk-in. The dr was very nice and answered question/explained things. My lower initial rating was because When bill came there were charges for tests that didn’t happen (not to mention it’s implied that basic tests are included in an office visit even if it’s called out for self-pay but not mentioned either way for insurance. So to receive a bill for much more was frustrating.) I tried to resolve before they autobilled creditcard but could never reach billing for extended period over a week.  UPDATE- after disputing charge and eventually speaking with billing group, they quickly resolved the issue without a problem. I appreciate that. It seems depending on your insurance and if you pay deductibles that paying cash (not using insurance) is much cheaper than using it.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Urgent Care was better then my primary doctor.

I was attended to upon walking in. I had no wait time. Everyone was professional and pleasant! I highly recommend this provider!
