Scheduling was easy, check-in was also easy. The person who checked me in was pretty curt, asked me why I was there and when I began to answer he disinterestedly cut me off and told me my copay amount. The girl who asked me questions before the doctor came in was very nice and very attentively listened to me. The doctor/pa who saw me gave me no real answer to my arm pain, told me it could be a few things, prescribed a steroid and sent me on my way telling me to follow up with orthopedic if the pain didn’t get better. After a week and a half dealing with the pain I still left the office still in high level of aching/shooting pain and still am in high level aching/shooting pain and can’t twist my arm without pain shooting up and down my arm or hold a cup without pain, squeeze, ect. I’ll likely end up going to the ER to hopefully get an actual answer. Wasted $75 for essentially nothing and no answers.

While being able to book my appts was easy and I was seen really fast, when I came in for an ear infection it seemed really weird to me that they wouldn’t prescribe ear drops along with antibiotics. I ended up needing to go the ER that night, which was super frustrating as urgent care should have been able to provide adequate care for this issue especially when I explained the level of pain I was in.
