Live Urgent Care, King of Prussia

I went in on Friday afternoon. Staff was great and I was seen quickly. I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy following the visit, however it’s more than 24 hours later and my pharmacy never received it. What is the point of seeing a medical professional and being told you need a medication if the medication is never prescribed?

Had an appt for 620 and was not seen until 715.  What is the point of having an appointment?

It was very easy to schedule online. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Check in was quick, a d.the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Staff were extremely pleasant. Ashley NP was excellent. I would recommend Live Urgent Care.

The front desk person and the assistant were excellent. I will probably not return because the PA, Taylor B. wa so high up on her horse she missed critical information I had given the assistant. Her maturity level and inexperience showed throughout the visit. She wrote the script for the wrong amount of days and so I hope I don’t return needing another round. I used to love this center. Not now.

I went for a Health Report and a Tuberculus test and because I got the shot when I was little, they recommended the blood test,so I said yes. What they didn't tell me after I was checking out was that I had to pay $240 more, meaning I paid $420 for everything which is insane. VERY VERY disappointed, I was counting with that money for my rent, I'm a recent single mom and I'm already struggling as it is! This tests were for a job I'll be getting because I really need it, what adds more weight to how this lack of communication made me feel

I walked in and I was helped right away. Chris at the King of Prussia location was very kind and helpful during the check in process. The staff was great and gave me the medical attention I needed.

My doctor said I had a heavy build up of wax in my ears and to get it removed. It was a lot more than I thought and it took the doctor a few times to get it out but she did a great job getting it out.

I was a walk in and was taken well care of. Everyone there was professional and courteous. Facility was clean and maintained well. I was only in the area for a short time but highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Made an appointment for 1030 wasn’t brought back until 1140, did the initial check in questions with the first nurse. Then wasn’t seen again until 1220. The new nurse did not know the reason I was there, so the first nurse didn’t pass along any information that I gave.
