Live Urgent Care, Spotswood

Excellent care, would definitely go there again. Scheduling great, did not wait long, staff was great, Care great!

The staff members who worked with me were so kind, welcoming, and nonjudgmental, and I’m incredibly appreciative of that. Thank you for accommodating me, taking the time to listen, and treating me with such kindness and compassion while I shared something so personal. I felt respected and supported, and that meant so much to me. 10/10 experience!

The entire process was very simple and expedient. Medical professionals were very knowledgeable. Diagnosis was determined and medication was provided. Improvement within a few days and after a week was back to normal.

No problem. Got right in and friendly staff and doctors a plus!

Meds are not ready yet at Walgreens. Having to wait too long. Urgent care was a very good place. I will go again

Having just moved back to this area after 52 years, I didn't have a "regular" GP yet. But after feeling poorly for about 2 months, I decided that "enough was enough" and took a chance with Spotswood's Urgent Care. Well! I am so happy that I did! The staff was very pleasant & patient. The X-ray Tech/Nurse was superb & caring. The NP was EXCELLENT. HE, listened patiently & carefully and dvised me that inspite of feeling terrible, the lungs were clear of what I was worried about. That made me feel so much better right away! The NP answered all of my questions and prescribed meds that would clear up the Bronchitis. Looking back, I should have gone there sooner and not waited for it clear up on its' own. I lost 4 pounds during the last two months because of this (not bad, but at what cost?). Because of such excellent care, I would most definitely use the Spotswood URGENT CARE again, especially if this NP and the current staff were on duty!!!! Kudos to Sposwood Urgent Care!!!! Thank you very MUCH!!

I had no problem with the appointment but the medication ordered for didnt help with my problem.  When I was contacted from the office with results of my lab test and informed the person that the medication was not helping.  I was told that a stronger med would be ordered.  After waiting all day I called the Spotswood office and explained again that I wasn’t responding to the med that were ordered.  I was told that the pa would be advised.  I haven’t received any response from that office or my pharmacy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long

Scheduling was easy, no wait time at all, the NP was very professional and caring, accurate with her diagnosis. She is great and I am feeling fine again!
