No one came out to our truck. I called the help center three times. They claimed they were trying to contact someone from the Londonderry branch. They never even called me back and I waited over am hour for nothing. Despite having an appointment at the Londonderry site at 12pm. Incredibly frustrating. I had to book a PCR at convenient MD which added two days to the result time

We paid out of pocket to be sure results would be back in 18-48 hours. It’s past that window and no results. And now the lab is closed. We demand a refund.
