Still waiting on text to pay copay so I can be prescribed my medication.

I think I needed the same prescription because these have not alleviated the pain like meloxicam and the other muscle relaxer

No one ever answered the Tele call.  I held for over an hour.

Booked an appointment same day and saw the doc swiftly. It was a good appointment and we got what we needed, but that is not the whole story. After the visit I fought to pay my bill for HOURS. This "unpaid balance" made it so that my appointment was not complete and my prescriptions could not be called in. Their website for billing was not working, they were not answering the phone, they called me from a private number that I could not call back, they texted me from a number I could not call back. Their average response time to my texts was 20minutes and when they did respond they were cold and unhelpful. They just continued to push for me to pay my bill on their broken website. I would recommend a different practice that has better billing options and uses a more reliable POS.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat, beginning signs of sinus infection. I was able to book a telehealth appointment pretty quickly. Logged in 10 minutes before my appointment, was on with the doctor about 2 minutes after the appointment time. Described what I was going through he said he would send me some infection meds over. Far better than our local walk in.

Waiting over 24 hours for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. No one else will talk to me except the front desk lady. No sense of urgency at this place. Called multiple times and no one seems to care about the issue. Front desk girl cut me off on the phone.

The nurse practitioner came online after I had waited nearly ten minutes and said that she could try to help or I could continue waiting for the doctor. I told her I would wait for the doctor but then she ended the call and I couldn’t call back. Had to wait another hour before finally speaking to the doctor….
