Made a virtual appointment easily online. Did not feel like traveling due to COVID symptoms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was lengthy and I kept thinking I had missed the appointment because it took a while for the nurse to join but overall it was a positive experience. I would recommend this provider.

Easily booked my appointment and at the end of the day, was able to get meds to help me. The doctor was 25 minutes late to the telehealth appointment and didn’t turn their camera on which made it very cold and awkward.

I got my appointment on time I done it virtual I went to my appointment on time and tried to connect and they never picked up the doctor never picked up

I scheduled the appointment on the app the doctor was on point right at my appointment time he was on the video chat. He handled everything that I needed sending my prescriptions all within three minutes. He was fast, efficient and punctual. definitely would recommend to anyone.

Still waiting on text to pay copay so I can be prescribed my medication.

I think I needed the same prescription because these have not alleviated the pain like meloxicam and the other muscle relaxer

No one ever answered the Tele call.  I held for over an hour.
