To minimize wait time, complete paperwork before arrival. Please bring your government-issued ID and insurance card with you to the office.

Most commercial insurance plans are accepted: Blue Cross, some United Healthcare, Cigna and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid at this time.

Very friendly staff and Dr. My only complaint is I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait very long and I still had to wait over an hour just to get into the waiting room and then another 20 minutes once we got in. Interestingly, there were very few people in there that I could tell so I’m not sure what took so long.

Needed a quick physical for minor surgery and was booked online for next day. Staff was friendly and helpful and paperwork was minimal. LPN was super efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Great experience that took less than 1 hour start to finish!

Stopped by on my way home from work with double ear infections and was able to be seen within 10-15 minutes. The staff is always kind and attentive. I saw Gabby this visit she verified my ear infections and prescribed me antibiotics. She’s quick and thorough, very attentive and caring.
