This is the worst medical facility in the area! I went in for a minor sinus infection to get a prescription and I walked out for a bill for $1312.11! Talked to a doctor for less than 2 minutes. They intentionally make you wait in an exam room for a long period of time do they can charge you for a longer visit. I’ve had many people tell me they had the same experience. I literally was listening to the doctor I saw discuss his personal life over the weekend with the nurses for over 30 minutes before he walked into see me. Then spends 2 minutes with me and I’m charged an insane amount for a long visit! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

Everyone in my family has been here at one time or another. Everyone has been wonderful to us. Quick care, we don't feel rushed and everyone we have encountered has been incredibly knowledgeable and nice.

This review is based on several visits in my family, for both minor and major problems. This facility was excellent.

My experience is in 2 parts. I went there this afternoon for blood work. She needed 4 files and was only able to draw 2. She was terrible, it took her 2 different attempts. She should have called for help, instead she asked me if I wanted to come back another time! My needed blood work for the doctor was incomplete. How is this person going to cover up her inability to do her job on the paperwork? Here is the second part. My daughter who is middle aged was with me. She had been having plugged ears and was feeling ill so she was going over to the urgent care section. After I unsuccessfully had my blood drawn attempt, I went over with her. A very young PA came in to see her. She spent all of 30 seconds with my daughter and announced that there was nothing wrong, then she breezed out. We were stunned and left sitting there. My daughter is old enough to know when she is sick. Looking at her, you could see that her ears were red and that she looked ill. She got charged $ 75 for nothing and was still sick. I am furious at the total lack of professionalism on both the Laboratory and Urgent Care sections.
