Scheduled same day and was seen on time. The medical staff were very professional, kind and thorough.

Arrive with a busted bottom lip,staff was quick to stop the bleeding, the physician on duty was very professional and caring.

I’ve always used this place and I started feeling body chills so I went in on a Sunday. There was barely any weight of the girl in the front office was really friendly.  As soon as he took me in and the provider to take a look at me and listen to all of my concerns. She was very empathetic and even ordered some blood test so I would feel better. Honestly, I’ve been to 1 million urgent cares and these guys set the bar very high.

I had a terrible experience at the Marque Urgent Care Eastlake location. I visited recently for a severe rash and allergy, and the care was a complete joke. The Nurse Practitioner practically stood 5 feet away from me the entire time. I don't know how anyone is supposed to properly diagnose a skin condition from across the room without actually examining it. To make matters worse, the practitioner discussed giving me oral medicine, but when I went to pick up my prescriptions, nothing was there except for a topical cream. Because of this careless assessment, I still have the rashes. The billing is the final slap in the face. I paid $160 out-of-pocket at the time of my visit, and now I just received an additional bill for $30+ from my insurance. Spending nearly $200 to have a provider stand across the room and fail to give me the discussed treatment is an absolute waste of money and time. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where the providers actually care enough to look at you.

Had a stiff neck since Thursday morning and went to work use a heat pad that evening. Today was worse and made an appointment staff was great. Doctor was very helpful and nurse as well .

I started having UTI symptoms and due to past infections, I knew I’m having a recurrence of such.
