Walkin appointment for my grandson. The wait was about hour and a half. Staff very friendly.

Had bad back pain from overuse injuries. The doctor promptly gave me a shot of Toradol, prescribed Aleve, and Lidocaine patches. I felt better immediately. Easy online scheduling and great customer care. Thank you very much!

Liked the female Sara Hannoudi PA-C I saw today wayyyy better than a male doc I saw there a couple years ago. She was great. Actually listened, clarified, and acted on what I said. Sadly, not a lot of healthcare providers do that. I guess they are too rushed or it’s not taught in med school or something but it’s unusual. In my experience they hear the first sentence, maybe the second, and any more is just like spitting in the wind. And automated or not, I like that they check on me 1 and 2 days later. My pre-HMO’s doctors used to do that many years ago, I’ve really missed it.  Definitely recommend S. Hannoudi from there.

the staff is terrific. i always get wonderful care. i'm a walk-in, so scheduling doesn't apply to my situation.

I appreciate the option to schedule an appointment online and how easy that was to do  I prefer going to this location for urgent care needs than other offices like, Sharp. Marquee is always clean and even if I didn’t make an appointment, the wait time wasn’t bad. I also like how you offer non urgent situations like sports physicals:)

Scheduling an appointment for an x-ray was surprisingly easy. I even rescheduled online when I realized I needed a later appointment. Check in was simple with either the tablets at the front desk or via the text message they send. Staff was great: efficient, pleasant, thorough, and listened well. I feel like I got very good care and results.
