Staff didn’t know what to do was not able to see a doctor everything was virtual my prescription was renewed like two times because there where errors from the office side when back like 3 times to the urgent care to have them fix the prescription fax  but until I spoke to a supervisor cause the staff didn’t know what to do nor the system was working either .

For DOT Physicals- call the clinic and verify they can perform the physical when you want it. Clinics allow you to book appointments online and show up then tell you they can't perform it.

I came to the urgent care for the third time, this time it was for myself. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few people ahead of me and I had to wait, but I soon realized that everyone was very efficient and that was confirmed again when I got treated. The nurses were very friendly and efficient and so was the doctor. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs to see a doctor now!
