Marque Urgent Care, Grossmont

i fell on my wrist and decided to get it checked out. walked in without an appointment at 5:11pm. check in was easy. after an hour waiting, i asked the front desk how much longer. she told me they take scheduled patients first, which there was one scheduled every 10-15 minutes it seems. that wasn’t ideal for me as i was in a lot of pain. finally about 15 minutes later they called me in. after getting in, it seemed to go okay. got my imaging done, the doctor came in and told me i had fractured one of my bones in my wrist. no bueno for me. it then took another 30-45 minutes just to get my brace and discharge papers. that was just a little too long for me. anyways, i still would recommend this place, just don’t go in after 5pm on a weekday. i felt they could have squeezed me in a lot sooner as my injury could have been worse but instead i waited in pain

I was pleased with the quality of care my husband received for an infected sore on the bottom of his foot.

Very easy to make an appt. Office is clean. Staff is friendly. Provider was nice and efficient. Have been to this location several times and have had all good experiences.

Great experience for a quick urgent care visit. 10:15 appt, done by 2:30p. I appreciate the ease of text and app usage. Only feedback was getting my X-ray results. The staff that called me to provide updates rushed what she was saying. I didn’t know what to do with that information as I never had this situation before. My suggestion is talk slower when giving X-ray feedback, share what action items patient is encouraged to do (rest, ice, medicine and dosage mentioned). I had to ask “now what?” And that can be unsettling. Mind you, this was after waiting more than a hour after results were suppose to be a 15 min wait. Other than that I would visit again.

We’re out of town. Noticed a skin infection due to a cat scratch. They got us in before closing. All taken care of quickly.

I didnt  have an appt but I was seen within 2 hours. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. I was pretty loopy from having a fever but they were very kind and helped me a lot. Ive been here twice and both times they hsve been helpful and kind and office is very clean

I decided to just walk in.  I was taken care within 30 min.
