I had a fall and I needed a quick look at and my go to is always Margue RSM and I’m happy to say nothing has changed here since last year 😊 the staff are Amazing & Caring even on the phone . And it was so quick it was nothing to get a virtual appt . That was my first virtual . I would do again if I could . The Dr was very kind asked many questions and told me to follow up today . Had no issues at all !! So lucky to have great Urgent Care near me . And there open til 8 pm weekdays and 6 pm sat - sun even .. thanks again Margue for your help last night !!! 👌🌺🌼🌸 I would definitely recommend this establishment 💯

Systems in place are awful. Website may prefer my details three separate times then did it again with the text message blow up my phone with confirmations on my appointment time. Then providers are late to the chat. However, our providers and staff are A+. Systems are just awful Would not recommend to friend or family.

Booking was easy, the checkin was good. Doctor was kind and took care of everything. I highly recommend this place.

The dr was so kind and caring!  And was helpful getting me the rt medicine to get better

Joined call 15 min in advance, was checked in by nurse who told me to wait for provider to join. Waited over 15 minutes for provider to join when my call was ended. I called the office to see what happened, they said the provider makrked me as a no show even though I was in the call waiting. Now I have to wait another hour for the next appointment to open to see a provider even though I was waiting. Very unprofessional of the provider. Office staff are always nice.

This has been a great experience to see a doctor. Very convenient and very easy to approach a f dr doctor office. A doctor online and a doctor in person seem the same. I like the methods of easily booking an appointment and seeing a doctor. The staff was very helpful, his questions were clear and brief. Thanks for all.

I woke up with a very infected tooth, so I decided to go to the ER and I was sold out the wait time was four hours so I left very irritated. I ended up googling best online doctor visits and SOLV came up I decided to download the app. The time it took to see a doctor, get my antibiotics prescribed to me was literally 30 minutes.  I couldn’t believe how fast and easy the process was. I saved hours and hours of wait time. Even if you’re not a wizard with your phone, the question to ask, you are very simple and they make it easy to understand.  After using their service going to the ER for a minor things is a thing of the past forget waiting half a day to see a doctor when you can log into your app see a doctor on your way to the pharmacy unless in one hour I mean, why wouldn’t you do this? Yes I highly recommend this app. Trust me. You’re the one time it’ll change your life.
