The appointment was great but the pharmacy said the prescription was incomplete and can’t fill it. I’m annoyed that it hasn’t been resolved and it’s been 2 hours.

Booked a same day appointment and was able to receive prompt and excellent care

I was trying to follow up with a provider to see if the prescription written a month ago by their clinic was still recommended.  The scheduler suggested I could get a virtual visit same day.  They didn’t acknowledge that the doctor would actually need to see me in person, so this virtual visit was absolutely useless.  I’m very upset that my payment was taken when scheduling should be triaging to determine whether a virtual visit is appropriate.  I would like a call back from office staff to discuss a refund of my payment.

Doctor was very rude & brushed me off . Said to just wait it out . Definitely won’t be coming back .
