The facility was very convenient for me. The doctor was very thorough.

Struggling with a blocked ear, impacting my hearing, balance and overall pressure in my head for 2-3 weeks and decided it was time to address it after trying various over the counter meds.  I knew it would take too long to get into my PCP and I wanted to get the issue resolved, if possible before some upcoming travel.  I have taken my children here in the past but it has been a long time.  I checked my insurance and they are in Network.  I checked their waiting list and it didn't look too busy.  I thought about making an appointment and just decided to walk in.  Check in was easy, via a computer screen and the email link by phone.  Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.  Even though there were 3 people ahead of me with appointments with scheduled times after me, because they were not walk-ins, I was taken in quickly and seen.  The medical team including Kalani and Shannon were very helpful.  I feel like I was treated professionally and with care.  Also, felt they listened to my concerns.  Overall, I probably spent 30 minutes.  Prescribed meds were sent to my local pharmacy and they called to say they were ready quickly.  I was given instructions if the approach didn't work, after completed.  Starting to feel some relief 2 days out.  Hoping it all clears within the week.  Thank you Marque!

I so appreciate the ease of scheduling, the immaculate waiting room, exam room, etc, and the time the doctor afforded me. I left feeling cared for, had all my questions answered, and best of all…I didn’t have to wait weeks or months to see a doctor!

No one wants to go to the doctor or to urgent care, I know I didn’t want to. But I won’t be reluctant in the future because I had such a positive experience with Marque Urgent Care in RSM. When I called, it was easy to schedule a reservation; they had several same-day time slots available. I really appreciated being able to fill out the forms online to save me from doing it when I arrived. Parking was very easy, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and it wasn’t overcrowded with patients, waiting to be seen. Within minutes I was escorted to a treatment room by a nurse named Tiffany. She was friendly and attentive and listened as I explained my situation. Within a couple minutes Dr Eaves was examining me and describing a treatment plan. She answered all my questions and gave me confidence that I would be treated successfully before leaving. The next day I received a text message asking how I was feeling. Honestly, I wish I could get all my medical treatment at Marque Urgent Care.

The urgent care staff are great, and the services too. Quick check in and the best part is my insurance covered it with no issues.  They were running late on a follow up scheduled appointment so i rescheduled.

Easy to make an appointment online and employees were fantastic..kind, knowledgeable, didn't rush me out of there, and even reserved a time for my chest x-ray.  Wish they had an x-ray machine on site, though. The PA explained the diagnosis thoroughly.  I loved the thorough discharge papers... it's a good record for me.

This doctor was awesome. We laughed and joked. He gave me options and was just generally nice, polite and very easy to talk to. If I could get him as my regular doctor that would be amazing

Overall a good experience.  I checked in online, including documentation and then had to do the exact same paperwork in the office.  Why do it twice?  What was the point of checking in online?  I was seen no faster than the people that walked in.  Seems like a waste of time.
