We had to wait for 2 hours. Both my son and I got a cold afterwards by waiting for a long time in the waiting area with other sick people.

The medical help was on the spot to diagnose the likely cause of shoulder pain. An X-ray was also used to rule-out or rule-in possible problems. The significant miss was that I was prescribed medications without review of possible adverse effects. Naprosen was prescribed, but when I saw it in the prescriptions list, I advised the provider that I was not allowed to take it since I have CKD. Voltaren was also prescribed but I have and aspirin allergy and am unable to take it. With that in mind, asking about allergies/reactions and ongoing diseases that might be incompatible with prescriptions should be put first.

Clinic staff were pleasant to work with, however Dr. Al-Quaraini was not only unpleasant, he was withdrawn and did not discuss my diagnosis in detail outside of any lay question I presented. Even then my questions were greeted with mild frustration seemingly because I misunderstood indications of my diagnosis. Specifically I asked if bacterial pneumonia should be treated differently than viral pneumonia. Dr. Al-Quaraini explained that because he is the doctor he had already determined the need for antibiotics, which came with no prior explanation. The tone was received as a belittlement of my concerns. Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow.

Amazing service here from check in, the PA service and getting glued and steri stripped due to a large cut on my foot.  I even got my tetanus shot and was out in less than 20 minutes.  Quick and efficient service best urgent care experience ever!

Dr. Ryan, the nurse and all the FOH staff were wonderful & friendly! It was super easy to change my appointment time when I realized I was going to be late leaving work. Fast, effective treatment getting me on the mend. I won’t go anywhere else.

My daughter had strep throat… she as able to schedule an appointment for today and get a prescription.  On-line scheduling was easy and staff was kind.  I would highly recommend!

Had knee pain so checked in with Marque and made digital appointment within 15 minutes.  Provided health insurance information and other data.  Free parking and check in was rapid.  All staff was professional and received pain pills and X-ray referral.  In and out within an hour.  Highly recommend

Had the best experience here. I am from Alabama and I have to say this is by far the best clinic I’ve been to. Everyone was friendly and took care of me very quickly! Thank you to the staff and provider I seen today ! Will be recommending this place to everyone!
