The staff were friendly. Receptionist told us intially 30 mins wait and then an hour prior to being roomed then when we got roomed there were saying another hour. I wish it was not such a long wait to get seen.

Our appointment was at 6pm. We got pulled back into an exam room at 7:15pm. They took vitals and said the provider would be with us in just a few minutes. We waited another 30 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. Staff was overall very friendly, the wait time was horrible and we didn’t receive any updates about how much longer it was going to be.
