A persistent cough that developed over the last couple of days arrived at the point where the discomfort was just not something I could take anymore. I was able to get an appointment the same morning; my choice of virtual or in person. I chose to be seen in person. There was no difference in the appointment scheduling time between the two. Reception was welcoming and efficient. I waited only a very short time before being shown to an exam room and having my vitals taken along with notes about my symptoms and their development. It was hardly a few minutes after the nurse / CNA left, that the certified nurse practitioner was gently knocking at the door and entering to introduce herself. Her bedside manner was gentle and understanding. She was very knowledgeable, and listened patiently while I described the issues I was dealing with. I definitely felt heard. When she gave her conclusion she also explained her reasoning behind it. It gave me confidence in her diagnosis. Prescriptions were ordered promptly and their purposes were described clearly. This health professional isn't just brass tacks and business; she has the spirit of a healer! This clinic is also extremely welcoming to all persons, no matter how they may identify. I would definitely recommend this provider!

Solv did not work. First problem credit card on the app was requested however I had already paid. Problem 2 it said needs access to phone video and microphone. I selected allow access however it still Did not work. Finally the provider just called me I couldn’t join the call through the app.

Took multiple times to schedule, it has been an hour and I still have not received my work note. Nor was I given information on payment.

The appointment was swift, my needs were met quickly and with proper care. Thank you Maxem Health Urgent Care.

I have had trouble with health care issues and needed to seek out urgent care. The staff was professional caring and amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Called to get an RX refill .  very professional..  had little wait time & went smoothly.. overall good experience!! Receptionist great & Alicia is fantastic !!

Scheduling wss is easy but meaningless since I did not get my blood drawn until an hour and a half after my appointment time. I loved this facility before it was Labcorp but will never go back. I will tell everyone not to go there m.

The lady who I spoke with was not knowledgeable and was no help at all.

It’s always a wonderful experience going to Maxem Health Urgent Care, everyone is friendly and kind. I always feel cared for here.
