I really like Dr. Mushtag! He is caring and easy to talk to, Does not rush, and shows much personal interest...Too bad most doctors are not like him. My only complaint is I didnt know how to spell his name and it seems impossible to call his office, They put you through a nationwide general info but not the office you wanr to reach!

I gotta give credit where its due Dr Mushtaq turned a troubling moment around with his personality I can honestly say he is the nicest Dr I've encountered in 47 years. So many Drs dont take that moment it takes to connect to people it felt like I was taking to a old friend which made me comfortable in a uncomfortable situation thanks again keep spreading that positivity it means alote

This place is the worst of the very bad and they truly live up to their bad reviews online. Never made it past front desk! After waiting about 2 hours with my toddler I had to walk out without him being seen by a doctor. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and nasty with tons of attitude and zero customer skills. The place was packed with sick coughing people today and when I inquired why the ones who came in later are being seen before us I was told that maybe because of issues with paperwork. She had hard time verifying my insurance but finally accepted my co-pay. After being told that another person is ahead of us (who came in later after us of course) I decided to leave this facility. I asked for the refund of the visit. The same “helpful” receptionist advised me that after searching in her computer she could not find my payment. What a joke! I told her that I will dispute the charge with my credit card and commented that their service is absolutely the worst. Waste of time, will never come back. While we waited, it became obvious that they treat most walk-ins in the same arrogant and rude manner. Why MD Now continues to employ such unprofessional individuals is beyond my comprehension.

10 second consult, no exaggeration 👎 The provider did not introduce himself, did not even close the door behind himself. Did not ask for any history, and the physical exam consisted of listening to my back (upper lung lobes ) for 2 seconds respectively. Looked at my throat by request because I said that I think I’m developing tonsillitis. No lymph node checks, no other assessment whatsoever. No recommendations and no prescription. I had to start antibiotics next day for a tonsilar abscess. Negligence
