Horrrrrrriibblllee customer service! The doctor at Palm beach lakes location rushed me and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions or tell him how I was feeling. When I called palm beach lakes I was routed to another location where .Miriam that works the front desk at Dixie highway threaten to fight me and told me to “come here then if you so big and bad” when I called And asked why I haven’t received my COVID-19 test results after 4 days of waiting when I was told by the doctor that it would take 24-48 hours. Then I was told oh no it’s 48-72 hours...but that time frame had also passed and I still have not received the results. and I was instructed to call the bio reference lab which also said they have no idea when it would be ready....no one has any information. Poor service
