Unprofessional conduct from the physician on site. We have filed a complaint with medical board.  From the front desk to the assistant (??) right down to the unprofessional physician- this place is a red flag. Never completed blood pressure or temperature. Did the wrong swab first for the another patient, then had to come back and do the correct swab. This was discussed in front of our family.  Then after correct swab taken, it was not kept protected from contamination but instead was carried open through the office from our patient room to the makeshift lab across the way.  Can not recommend this location at all. (Carmel Valley). After coming in with high fever as chief (and only) complaint - Dr here minimized our concerns stating “it’s just URI” (upper respiratory)  We took him to our ER today. He has a major intestinal sue cause ing the fever. Thanks for nothing.

I was able to book an appointment for an eye infection easily online.  I was seen at the time of my appointment, and happy with the outcome.

I was the first patient of the day. I still had to wait close to 45 min to be seen. Everything else was fine.

My visit was good but I was miss diagnosed and had to come to urgent care again on Sunday as symptoms did not improve, and then again on Tuesday for pain medicines .

I had a very positive experience! The front desk was professional and kind. The check-in process took me about five minutes. I was seen within seven minutes. Sara, the PA, was very thorough, and I felt confident in her assessment. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I was so happy I chose to go here versus a hospital where I would be forced to wait at least 2 to 3 hours. I will definitely return to this clinic!
